The Tots & Bots Portrait Party concept is very simple...

·      Your *family/children and your friends and their *families/children, join for morning or afternoon tea together and while you are enjoying each other’s company, one of our Professional Photographers will capture amazing images of you and your children in a casual, relaxed environment...

·      At the start of the Portrait Party, you will be informed on what to expect during your session and the party etc.., then our Photographer will have a look through the items you have brought along on the day and listen to your ideas to ensure you get images that will suit your style and taste...

·      Each portrait mini session should take around 15 to 30 mins, per child/family.  There are no long drawn out 2 hour sessions with a portrait party, this will ensure you and your children don’t get bored, restless or upset... we are not about creating tears, just beautiful, fun photos...

The entire Tots & Bots Portrait Party should take around 2 to 3 hours, but after your children have had their session you are more than welcome to depart if you wish...

After the party you will be emailed with your own secret gallery password where you will be able to view and order photos on our website from your own private gallery, everything is safe and secure and your images will not be seen by others on the internet... at Tots & Bots we are all about the Privacy of our Clients...

You wil have the opportunity to order discounted Photo Collections on the day of the portrait party or be order later when your images are online, however, the Collections will only be available on the day of the party and payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.  For ALL Pricing information please CLICK HERE.

Your images will be ready and online within 2 to 7 days of your session and will only be available online for viewing & ordering for only 10 days after that, so please ensure you get your orders in early as proceeds from your purchases go towards your Party Hostess Gifts as she has spent time and effort to organise these photos for you it is only fair that she is rewarded for her efforts...

 * A Portrait Party is for Children's Portraits only due to time and guest limit restrictions.

You are still able to have all of your children photographed as a group, at a Portrait Party, this is not classed as an entire family.
