Secure Client Gallery Access Instructions

To access your Secure Private Gallery, all you need to do is click on the Portrait Date that your photos were taken on in the LHS menu and once in the selected date, then on the date page just click on your surname and then enter the Password you were given after your Portrait Shoot, this will allow you to access your secure gallery online.

Client Ordering Instructions

Once you have accessed your private gallery, you are then able to view your images.  Your gallery will be online for 14 days to allow you to order any image packages or individual items from our order form.

Be sure to add the correct photos to your order/cart to ensure you don't receive the wrong image, as incorrect images ordered cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- NO ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED -

All orders will be processed as soon as payment is cleared and will be delivered to your Party Hostess or your Home within 7 to 14 working days from the order date for you to collect.

If you require your order to be mailed to you, all items will be sent to you via Insured COD Postage. You just pay for the postage costs at your end.
