A Tots & Bots Private Portrait Session requires a Booking Confirmation Fee of $100.00 paid to confirm a booking which will then be deducted from your chosen Portrait Package Balance, this is NOT an additional fee.
If you need to change your portrait session for any reason, this deposit can be transferred (once only) to another date that is available. If you need to cancel the portrait session completely and can't a $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit to cover Adminstration Costs.
All Private Sessions are to be shot within a 30km radius of our Studio in Tweed Heads.
For locations outside of this area an additional fee of $25 will be charged for every 30mins of additional travel required.
ALL Portrait Session MUST BE PAID FOR ON THE SESSION DAY. We do have Credit Card and Direct Deposit Facilities available and of course cash is welcome too...
All Package Prices are subject to change without notice, but once you have confirmed your portrait session with a booking fee, your package price will be locked in.
